Job Description

  • Lead Generation and Market Research:
    • Identify and qualify potential business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, networking events, exhibitions, and database research.
    • Analyze customer shipping patterns to identify trends and opportunities.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position FedEx services.
    • Source and manage potential leads.
  • Lead Management:
    • Use CRM tools (such as iSell and Salesforce) to create and manage leads efficiently.
    • Maintain accurate customer contact information in the Sales CRM system.
    • Collaborate with Inside Sales and Field Sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Customer Engagement:
    • Manage invitations and assist in organizing FedEx customer engagement events.
    • Provide logistical support during events and ensure smooth on-ground operations.
  • Customer Support:
    • Educate customers on FedEx tools, including online shipping platforms and tracking systems.
    • Assist in conducting Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys.

Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify business opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (i.e., Salesforce).
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
