Sales/Front Desk Representative (Freelance) for GITEX GLOBAL

Location: Dubai

Event Dates: October 14th - 18th, 2024

 

We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Sales Representative or Front Desk Representative to join our team for GITEX GLOBAL 2024. This is a freelance position only for 4 Days, ideal for someone with excellent communication skills and experience in event support.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Represent our company at the GITEX GLOBAL event
  • Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk
  • Assist with sales inquiries and product information
  • Manage guest interactions and handle administrative tasks

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or front desk roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment


Skills

  • Proficient in conveying clear and accurate messages through oral and written modes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage in-house activities by applying suitable time management and scheduling strategies.
  • Experienced professional with a proven record of managing administrative activities and improving company productivity.
  • An enthusiastic professional with an ability to perform multiple tasks after analyzing various company parameters.
