Job Summary & Purpose:
Achievement of Demos and Sales Target of the Store and maintaining the service standards of SDG
Key Performance Areas
(KPAs) & Principal Accountabilities:
1 Achievement of demo, survey and sales targets of the Solution Bar team
2 Providing Solutions to Customers Queries/Requirements with minimum 90% positive feedback from customers
3 Thorough knowledge of products in his department with minimum 85% score in quizzes
4 My Area My Responsibility (MAMR)
5 Maintain display units, tablets and functional demos of all products at Solution Bar
6 Perpetual Inventory Count and Accurate Maintenance of Solution Bar inventory
7 Cleanliness of area of responsibility
RequirementsExperience (Yrs& Field) Min 1 year of experience in Retail Sales
Educational Qualification Graduation or Diploma or an equivalent qualification
Skills & Abilities:
Customer Focus, Result Orientation, Team Work, Communication. Arabic knowledge is an advantage.
