Job Summary:


 The Smart Home Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales of smart home products and services. This role requires a dynamic individual with a deep understanding of smart home technology, strong sales skills, and the ability to educate and engage customers in a rapidly evolving market. The Sales Executive will work closely with customers to identify their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure a positive customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales and Customer Engagement:


Engage with potential customers through various channels (in-person, phone, online) to present and sell smart home products and services.


Identify customer needs and provide personalized solutions that meet their smart home requirements.


Conduct product demonstrations and explain the benefits of smart home technology in a clear and compelling manner.


Product Knowledge:


Maintain a deep understanding of the latest smart home products, trends, and technologies.


Stay updated on new product launches and industry developments.


Provide technical and product-related advice to customers, ensuring they understand the features and benefits of the products offered.


Sales Strategy and Target Achievement:


Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.


Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for sales growth.


Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to management.


Administrative Duties:


Manage and update customer databases, ensuring accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.


Prepare quotes, contracts, and other documentation as needed for the sales process.


Handle inquiries, follow-ups, and customer complaints in a professional manner.



Requirements

Qualifications:


Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.


Experience: 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in smart home technology, consumer electronics, or a related industry.


Skills:


Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


Proven ability to close sales and meet/exceed sales targets.


Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and explain new products.


Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.


Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.


Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Additional Requirements:


Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.


Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.


Ability to travel to customer locations, trade shows, and industry events as required.
