This role requires a proactive approach to sales, with a focus on understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions in shipping, freight, and logistics services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients in the shipping and logistics sector to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and new clients.
- Present and promote the company's shipping and logistics services to clients, offering customized solutions based on their needs.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotes to potential clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Track and report on sales performance and market trends, providing insights to the management team.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery of services to clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and new services to maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction.
