Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling residential and/or commercial properties, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall sales targets of the company.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales & Lead Generation:


    • Actively generate leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, cold calling, and online platforms.
    • Conduct property tours and present the features, advantages, and benefits of each property.
    • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
  2. Customer Relationship Management:


    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and understanding their needs.
    • Address inquiries, complaints, and concerns to ensure client satisfaction throughout the buying process.
    • Maintain a database of potential and current clients for follow-up and future business opportunities.
  3. Market Research & Analysis:


    • Stay updated with the latest trends in the real estate market, including pricing, availability, and competitive properties.
    • Provide clients with market insights to help them make informed decisions.
    • Assist in preparing comparative market analysis reports for potential buyers.
  4. Site Visits & Property Inspections:


    • Organize and accompany clients on property site visits to showcase available units or projects.
    • Provide accurate and detailed information about the properties, including amenities, pricing, and legal aspects.
  5. Documentation & Process Compliance:


    • Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate, from booking forms to sales agreements.
    • Work with legal and finance teams to facilitate the transaction process and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  6. Marketing & Promotional Activities:


    • Collaborate with the marketing team to participate in promotional campaigns, events, and advertising efforts.
    • Promote the company’s properties through social media, email marketing, and other digital platforms.

RequirementsQualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.
  • Ability to understand and explain real estate contracts and legal documents.
  • Familiarity with the local real estate market.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
