Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling residential and/or commercial properties, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall sales targets of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Lead Generation:
- Actively generate leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, cold calling, and online platforms.
- Conduct property tours and present the features, advantages, and benefits of each property.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and understanding their needs.
- Address inquiries, complaints, and concerns to ensure client satisfaction throughout the buying process.
- Maintain a database of potential and current clients for follow-up and future business opportunities.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Stay updated with the latest trends in the real estate market, including pricing, availability, and competitive properties.
- Provide clients with market insights to help them make informed decisions.
- Assist in preparing comparative market analysis reports for potential buyers.
Site Visits & Property Inspections:
- Organize and accompany clients on property site visits to showcase available units or projects.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about the properties, including amenities, pricing, and legal aspects.
Documentation & Process Compliance:
- Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate, from booking forms to sales agreements.
- Work with legal and finance teams to facilitate the transaction process and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Marketing & Promotional Activities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to participate in promotional campaigns, events, and advertising efforts.
- Promote the company’s properties through social media, email marketing, and other digital platforms.
RequirementsQualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.
- Ability to understand and explain real estate contracts and legal documents.
- Familiarity with the local real estate market.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
