<b>Job Summary</b>
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Sales Executive to join the flagship boutique in Dubai Mall - Grand Atrium. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, fluency in Russian and English, and prior experience in luxury retail, particularly in jewellery, watches, or high-end fashion.
<b>Key Responsibilities</b>
Provide exceptional customer service and create a memorable luxury shopping experience.
Support the team in achieving sales targets and maximizing revenue.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Develop a deep understanding of the brand's product range, history, and craftsmanship to provide expert consultations.
Assist in expanding the client base by proactively engaging with potential customers.
Maintain an impeccable boutique presentation, ensuring stock management and visual merchandising meet brand standards.
RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) from an accredited university.
Languages: Fluency in Russian and English is required. Knowledge of Arabic or Chinese is a plus.
Experience: 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail (jewellery, watches, or fashion).
<b>Skills</b>:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused approach with the ability to build rapport.
Well-organized and detail oriented.
Knowledge of cross-cultural communication
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
<b>Presentation</b>: Demonstrates an understanding of executive dress code and business etiquette appropriate for high-level engagements.
<b>Residency</b>: Candidates must currently reside in the
<b>UAE</b>.
