Skills
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
5 years of experience in sales or client-facing roles, preferably within the construction and building materials industry and the UAE market.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office applications.
Knowledge of the Dubai market and construction sector is a plus.
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
