Job Requirements

Build and nurture long-term client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client base, particularly in the spare parts sector.
Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients in the spare parts industry.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize revenue.
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and foster repeat business.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and delivery.
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and new opportunities, especially within the spare parts industry.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
5 years of experience in sales or client-facing roles, preferably within the spare parts sector and UAE market.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office applications.
Knowledge of the Dubai market and spare parts industry is a plus.
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
