Our client is an internationally recognized brand in the high-end jewellery industry. Established in 1999, the brand is renowned for its craftsmanship, independence, and commitment to tradition. With its headquarters in London, England, the brand is known for its elegant and innovative designs.


Job Summary

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Sales Executive to join the flagship boutique in Dubai Mall – Grand Atrium. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, fluency in Russian and English, and prior experience in luxury retail, particularly in jewellery, watches, or high-end fashion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a memorable luxury shopping experience.
  • Support the team in achieving sales targets and maximizing revenue.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the brand’s product range, history, and craftsmanship to provide expert consultations.
  • Assist in expanding the client base by proactively engaging with potential customers.
  • Maintain an impeccable boutique presentation, ensuring stock management and visual merchandising meet brand standards.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) from an accredited university.
  • Languages: Fluency in Russian and English is required. Knowledge of Arabic or Chinese is a plus.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail (jewellery, watches, or fashion).
