Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive - HORECA responsible for the maintenance of day to day


administrative work and to align with the external market trends that will impact business decisions of the


company as well as maintain salesforce to ensure our sales effectiveness.


Job Responsibilities


  • Have a strong participation in building customer confidence between warehouse and sales support.
  • Observe the sales, promotions, marketing and social media activities over e-commerce platforms.
  • Execute activities driven by data analytics.
  • Identify strategic business partnerships and customer loyalty programs.
  • Maintain business partnerships.
  • Coordinate with other teams on the execution of brand, marketing and e-commerce activities.
  • Manage the service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and maintain proper functionality of the website.
  • Track and report the business outcome of data-driven insights.
  • Develop nurturing and positive relationships with stores outline retailers of our products and services.
  • Prepare the annual contracts in tandem with the customer.
  • Ensure accurate Inbound split in partnership with warehouse are done set by the commercial team.
  • Work together with Customer Service Representatives and sales team to resolve problematic situations involving potentially disenchanted customers.
  • Work hand in hand with the sales representatives to make sure orders are raised and cost is justified for delivery.
  • Upsell to customers and suggest alternatives to out of stock items.
  • Supervise the process from time the order is raised, picked and delivered.
  • Take ownership of an LPO from the time the order is placed until it is delivered to the customer.
  • Monitor and control Shelf Life Expiry Date.
  • Ensure cash invoices get handled in a professional manner with proof of invoice sent through accounts.
  • Manage credit control of all accounts.
  • Work closely with Warehouse by email and through phone to complete daily order fulfilment.
  • Well versed with AI apps/ChatGPT Support.
  • Coordinate with 3 rd party vendors both on-call and via emails.
  • Ensure all invoicing processes are followed and completed like sales order entry, shipping and to ensure all LTOs are closed in a timely manner as per company policy.
  • Control damages, excess returns from the market subject to Manager's approval.
  • Meet and greet clients and visitors.
  • Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and materials for publications and presentations.
  • Maintain hard copy, update company profile and electronic filing system.
