We’re recruiting a 'Sales Executive - Freight Forward ’ for one of our clients based in Dubai, UAE. Their expertise and commitment to excellence make them a trusted partner in the logistics industry. Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market intelligence
Secure new contracts with importers, exporters, and supply chain stakeholders
Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction
Act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Lead negotiations on pricing, terms, and conditions to maximize profitability while meeting client needs
Prepare and finalize service agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Develop and execute a sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets
Requirements
MBA in Marketing / PG-Diploma in Business Management
Minimum of 5+ years of UAE (Dubai) proven experience in freight forwarding sales
Strong knowledge of freight services, including air, sea, and road transport
Established a network of industry contacts and clients
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
