Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive - (Etisalat - Hunting -B2B sales) through outdoor activities. The candidate will identify business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and achieve sales targets by offering tailored solutions to meet customer needs.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Business Development:
  • Identify and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and field visits and identify potential clients and industries for business expansion.
Client Engagement:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand client requirements and present suitable products or services.
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
Sales Planning and Execution:
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close deals effectively.
Reporting and Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions using CRM tools.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback to the Sales Manager.

Requirements

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 1-3 years of experience in outdoor or B2B sales.
  • Proficiency in selling GSM connections (Postpaid, Fiber, and Business On).
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently

Key Skills and Competencies:


  • Proven track record in outdoor sales (B2B experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
