Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales executive to join our team in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong customer relationships. She will be responsible for driving sales, promoting products, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively promote and sell FMCG products to meet sales targets.
  • Identify potential customers and generate new sales opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and promotions to customers.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to implement effective sales strategies.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Process sales transactions and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Ensure the proper display of products in store and manage inventory levels.
  • Attend and participate in sales meetings, training, and events.

RequirementsQualifications & Skills:
  • Previous experience in FMCG sales is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office).
