We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales executive to join our team in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong customer relationships. She will be responsible for driving sales, promoting products, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively promote and sell FMCG products to meet sales targets.
Identify potential customers and generate new sales opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and promotions to customers.
Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and market trends.
Collaborate with the sales team to implement effective sales strategies.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions.
Process sales transactions and maintain accurate sales records.
Ensure the proper display of products in store and manage inventory levels.
Attend and participate in sales meetings, training, and events.
