Job Overview:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Specialist to join our team at adv+. In this role, you’ll identify and acquire clients, manage relationships, and drive revenue growth for our membership-based solutions. Your expertise in sales and relationship management will play a key role in client satisfaction, membership renewals, and upselling opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Business Development: Build a consistent sales pipeline through networking, referrals, and innovative strategies.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting leads into paying members.
- Deal Closure: Deliver persuasive presentations and close deals effectively.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Membership Renewals & Upselling: Secure renewals and identify upselling opportunities for additional services.
- CRM & Reporting: Manage sales activities and monitor the pipeline using CRM tools.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and refine sales strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional closing, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of managing a sales pipeline independently.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales management systems.
- Prior experience in B2C sales, preferably in membership or subscription-based sectors.
