Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading compressed blocks manufacturer in the UAE to recruit a dynamic Sales Executive. This role is integral to driving the company’s growth by expanding its market presence across the UAE, GCC, and international markets. As a Sales Executive, you will leverage your industry expertise to identify new market opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and champion the benefits of compressed wood blocks. The role combines strategic planning, market development, and hands-on sales execution to achieve ambitious targets and contribute to the company’s overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Market Expansion: Drive sales growth by promoting compressed wood blocks to a diverse clientele across multiple industries.

- Opportunity Identification: Explore and develop new applications and market opportunities for the product range.

- Customer Education: Showcase the sustainability, versatility, and cost-effectiveness of the product portfolio to prospective clients.

- Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, converting leads into long-term partnerships.

- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to increased market share and profitability.

- Customer Relationship Management: Provide exceptional service and cultivate lasting client relationships to ensure repeat business.

- Industry Representation: Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to enhance market visibility.

- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing to create impactful promotional campaigns and with internal teams (production, logistics, finance) to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

- Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging innovations to position the company competitively.

- Reporting: Prepare detailed sales reports and performance updates for senior management.

- Compliance: Adhere to all Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) policies and procedures.

Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

- Sales Expertise: Minimum of 2 years’ sales experience in the UAE, with a solid understanding of the local market and business dynamics.

- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with product applications in pallets, crates, boxes, and compressed wooden blocks across various industries.

- Driving License: Valid UAE driving license (essential).

- Track Record: Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets, backed by strong references.

- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of ISO, IMS, TQM, TPM, and SPC systems is an advantage.

- Core Skills: Strategic communication, negotiation, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
