Job Description
Black & Grey HR is hiring an Sales Executive for a diversified group of companies that deliver world-class technological products and services across multiple industries. The primary objective of the role is to driving the company’s revenue growth and profitability by developing strong dealer networks, fostering client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
Sales Development and Client Engagement
- Promote the company’s products and services in alignment with standard sales strategies.
- Identify, approach, and develop new dealers, distributors, and channel partners to expand the company’s market presence.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and aligning them with product features and benefits.
Negotiation and Contract Management
- Prepare and negotiate sales or service contracts, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
- Provide clients with clear quotations and close deals effectively.
- Monitor credit applications to ensure credit is extended to reliable customers, facilitating timely payment collection.
Customer Service and Issue Resolution
- Address customer and dealer complaints promptly, ensuring service quality aligns with company standards.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Resolve warranty and service issues in collaboration with the sales coordinator.
Market Intelligence and Reporting
- Track and report competitor activities, market trends, and new business opportunities to management.
- Provide regular updates on sales performance, pipeline activities, and market dynamics.
General Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with QHSE standards, prioritizing safety, health, and environmental responsibility.
- Contribute to policy enhancements and procedural improvements within the Division.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned to support organizational goals.
RequirementsQualifications and Experience
- Education: Graduate/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 2-3 years in the dealer market in the UAE, with expertise in the Sanitary, Hardware, Pump, or Building Materials sectors.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of sales development and market dynamics.
- Proficient in contract negotiations, quotations, pricing, and product knowledge.
- Computer literate (MS Office, CRM).
- Must hold a valid UAE driving license.
