Job Title: Sales Executive (B2B - Retail Superstores Trade)
Reports To: MD
Job Summary:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong business relationships with key decision-makers in major retail superstores (e.g., Nesto, Lulu, Carrefour, Union Coop, Passion, etc.) to increase sales of automotive accessories. This role requires a proactive, results-oriented individual with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development:Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target retail superstores.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and market share objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities and market trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within target accounts.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with retail buyers.
- Ensure timely and accurate order processing and fulfillment.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Customer Relationship Management:Provide excellent customer service to all retail partners.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with key customers.
- Conduct regular customer visits to build rapport and understand customer needs.
- Market Intelligence:Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, and product offerings.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and developments.
- Provide regular market updates to the Sales Manager.
- Product Knowledge:Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's product range and their applications.
- Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions to customers.
- Administrative Duties:Prepare sales reports, presentations, and proposals.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
- Participate in industry trade shows and events as required.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the automotive or retail industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
- Strong understanding of the retail landscape in the UAE.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- UAE driving license is a must.
