Sales Executive - B2B Receivables
Job Description:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with business clients to secure debt collection contracts. This role involves identifying potential clients, presenting our services, negotiating deals, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the collection process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and identify potential B2B clients in need of receivables management services
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our debt collection solutions
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements with clients
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Collaborate with the collections team to ensure client needs are met
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the company's CRM system
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings
Skills
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in financial services or debt collection
- Strong understanding of the debt collection industry and relevant regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to analyze financial data and explain complex concepts to clients
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in receivables management or accounts receivable
- Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations
- Professional certifications in relevant field
