Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Executive for our Chemical Distribution Company in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Our preference will be Candidates with prior Chemical sales experience in Coatings and Construction Chemicals Market.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the coatings and construction chemicals sector.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by generating leads, meeting clients, and closing deals.
Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to client needs and market demands.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.
- Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients.
Sales Administration:
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and budgets.
- Ensure timely follow-ups on inquiries, quotations, and order deliveries.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams, including logistics and procurement, to ensure seamless customer service.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

Skills
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Commerce with proven record and related field (preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in the chemical industry, specifically in coatings and construction chemicals marketing.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of chemical products and their applications in coatings and construction.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English. Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in Tools: Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
