About the job Sales Executive (Arts & Exhibitions)
JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking an energetic and results-oriented Sales and Business Development Executive with a strong background in the UAE's art and exhibitions industry. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, building and nurturing client relationships, and representing our brand as a leading provider of bespoke art and display solutions.
ROLE OVERVIEW:
Business Development:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders to establish the company as a go-to provider of bespoke art and display solutions.
- Proactively generate leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and exhibitions to represent the company and build brand visibility.
Client Relationship Management (Inbound Leads & Business Development):
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Understand client requirements and deliver tailored solutions that align with their goals and budgets.
- Manage inquiries from start to finish, providing timely and clear communication.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including Project Managers and other departments, to ensure on-time and high-quality service delivery.
- Provide regular updates to clients, addressing any changes or concerns.
- Foster strong, long-term client relationships to secure repeat business and referrals.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- 2-3 years of hands-on UAE experience in business development and sales or account management, with a demonstrated ability to generate leads and close deals.
- Comfortable and confident in approaching new clients, building relationships, and negotiating contracts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Exceptional negotiation and organizational abilities.
- Capable of managing multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Valid UAE drivers license and access to a vehicle.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
