Skills
- Proven experience in sales (preferably in the UAE market).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools is a plus.
- Previous experience in a commission-based sales role is an advantage
Compensation:
- Probation Period: 3 months
- During the probation period, the candidate will receive a commission-based salary.
- Upon successful completion of the probation period and target achievement, the candidate will be offered a fixed salary plus an attractive commission structure.
