Job Description
- Develop new clients, maintain existing relationships, and close deals efficiently.
- Leads generation by the way of proactive outbound calling and uploading property listing.
- Understand clients' needs for property purchase or rental and recommend suitable projects.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings.
- Negotiate prices with developers or landlords on behalf of clients to secure the best deals.
- Assist clients with contract signing and ensure compliance throughout the process.
- Stay updated on the real estate market, including pricing trends, supply & demand, and policy changes.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM systems.
- Gather client feedback to help improve company services.
Note: Real estate sales in Dubai are commission-based with no fixed salary. However, we offer a highly competitive tiered commission structure. Additionally, we provide a smart, innovative, and highly attractive backend system, including CRM and AI-powered intelligent tools, to support your success.

Working Hours & Leave Policy:
- As per UAE labor law, a 5-day workweek with possible weekend work based on business needs.
- Working hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (1-hour lunch break).
- Two days off per week (likely mid-week, depending on business requirements).
