Job Summary: The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing strong relationships with clients, and closing sales deals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently to achieve sales targets. Your primary responsibility will be to drive B2B sales for our luxury shisha products to high-end venues, including hotels, restaurants, lounges, and exclusive retailers. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement B2B sales strategies to expand our presence in the luxury shisha market. • Identify new business opportunities and forge relationships with key decision-makers in the luxury hospitality and lifestyle sectors. • Manage and maintain client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. Resolve client issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner. • Conduct market research to understand the needs and preferences of potential clients and competitors. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. • Negotiate and close high-value sales contracts with businesses in the hospitality, retail, and lifestyle sectors. • Present and demonstrate luxury shisha products to clients, showcasing their quality and exclusivity. • Assist in the development of promotional materials and campaigns. • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and quality of products/services. • Track sales performance and report on targets, pipeline, and revenue generation to senior management. • Provide excellent after-sales support, addressing any client queries or concerns promptly.
