Job Description: Sales & Marketing Executive – Retail Marketing (Middle East Market)
Position Overview:
As a Sales & Marketing Executive specializing in retail marketing, you will be responsible for identifying and building long-term relationships with key clients, such as supermarkets, hotels, laundries, and restaurants, to supply them with our products. Your role involves driving sales, promoting the brand, and ensuring customer satisfaction while developing strategies to expand market reach.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Research and identify potential clients in the supermarket, hotel, laundry, and restaurant industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure long-term partnerships.
Market Research & Strategy Development:
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies tailored to the retail segment.
- Work closely with the product team to align offerings with client requirements.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to support sales efforts.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies.
Sales & Revenue Generation:
- Develop and achieve sales targets and KPIs for the assigned territory or client group.
- Create and manage a pipeline of leads, ensuring consistent sales performance.
- Prepare and deliver customized proposals and quotations to clients.
- Promote and sell company products to prospective clients.
- Achieve sales targets by consistently acquiring and retaining customers.
- Marketing Activities:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotions targeting the retail sector.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional materials and strategies.
- Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the brand.
Customer Support & Engagement:
- Provide ongoing support and communication to clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Address client concerns and feedback promptly and effectively.
- Monitor client performance and ensure repeat business through excellent service.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and agreements.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in retail marketing or a related field.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Languages: Proficiency in Hindi, Tamil, and English is required. Arabic is an added advantage.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or account management, preferably in retail.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and data analysis software.
- Knowledge of the supermarket, hotel, laundry, or restaurant industries is an advantage.
