Job Description

  1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:
  • Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, social media, etc.).
  • Research potential markets and industries to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Qualify leads and convert them into opportunities for sales.
  1. Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
  • Present product or service offerings to potential clients.
  • Customize sales presentations to meet client needs and demonstrate the value of the offering.
  • Provide product demonstrations, answer questions, and handle objections.
  1. Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Stay in regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
  • Follow up on customer feedback and ensure that their needs are met.
  1. Negotiation and Closing Sales:
  • Negotiate terms of the sale, including pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules.
  • Close deals and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and promptly.
  1. Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
  • Track sales performance and report progress to management.
  • Forecast sales and set realistic targets for growth.
  1. Collaboration with Other Teams:
  • Work closely with marketing teams to create effective sales campaigns.
  • Coordinate with product teams to ensure offerings meet client needs.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.

  • Strong negotiation abilities to close deals and find mutually beneficial agreements.

Qualifications:

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often preferred but not always required.
  • Experience: Previous sales experience, especially in a similar industry, is beneficial.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel for reporting.
