Job Description: Identify new business opportunities, sell facility management services (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, cleaning), and maintain client relationships.Focus on selling Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), customize proposals, and collaborate with technical teams.Manage the sales process from inquiry to contract renewal, ensuring client satisfaction and handling negotiations.Stay updated on industry trends, conduct market research, and resolve service issues.
