Overview:
We are hiring Sales Executives (male and female) for an electronics shop in Ajman. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, experience in online selling, and managing Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) and Fulfilled by Noon (FBN) operations. This role offers a fixed salary plus commission on every sale, with the opportunity to grow in a dynamic environment. The selected candidate should be ready to start within 1 month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively sell electronic products in-store, earning commission on every sale.
- Manage online sales channels, including product listings, pricing, and promotions on platforms like Amazon and Noon.
- Handle FBA and FBN operations, including inventory management, shipping, and compliance requirements.
- Develop strategies to boost online visibility and maximize sales performance.
- Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent service in-store and online.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective selling techniques and strategies.
- Maintain and update inventory to ensure stock availability in-store and online.
- Contribute to planning and executing promotional campaigns and sales activities.
Skills
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, both in-store and online.
- Experience managing FBA and FBN operations is mandatory.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Amazon and Noon.
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to meet monthly sales targets and thrive in a results-driven environment.
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills for billing, inventory management, and online sales optimization.
- Willingness to start work within 1 month.
