Job Description

What You Will Do:

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets while maximizing business profitability by focusing on both net sales and gross margin earnings. Utilize discounts strategically to close deals effectively.
  • Conduct regular customer and field visits to assess business requirements and maintain healthy relationships, ensuring top-level customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate buses by explaining their characteristics, capabilities, and services.
  • Maintain a strong focus on ensuring satisfaction for all customers throughout the sales process.
  • Contact prospective customers and assigned accounts within your designated territory to generate leads and follow up on opportunities.
  • Attend all sales meetings and modular training sessions, including refresher courses on new products.
