Job Description

  • Attend to customers in the shop, assisting with inquiries and facilitating fabric sales, alteration services, attending the customers for stitching.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships using a blend of conventional and hi-tech connectivity.
  • Boost company revenue and achieve sales targets by taking appropriate measures into consideration.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities to analyze the sales prospects.
  • Understanding and promoting the company’s Products & Services as assigned.
  •  Respond to online inquiries, calls, and messages from customers to promote and sell products.
  • Handle all social media platforms and pages creating high-quality content and managing promotions
  •  Enter sales and expense data accurately into relevant systems and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Prepare daily reports as required by management. Maintain and organize files, c, administrative records, and supporting documents for expenses and sales.
