A UAE company specializing in the sale of heavy equipment and spare parts is looking for candidates for the position of Sales Executive.

Candidate requirements
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree or higher in any field of knowledge;
- **Experience**: At least 3-5 years in the heavy equipment industry, in particular with products of brands such as Caterpillar, Komatsu and Cummins;
- **Languages**: Must speak proficient Russian and English
- **Personal qualities**: Dynamism, openness, adaptability, patience, confidence, respectful to others, ability to work in a team.
#### Responsibilities in the Role
- **Market Identification**: Identify potential markets and shortlist specific companies.
- **Customer Relations**: Contact companies, present the company's benefits, and negotiate contracts.
- **Sales Goals**: Collaborate to set reasonable sales goals, with commissions making up a significant portion of revenue - Commission is paid based on sales along with salary compensation monthly.
- **Skills**:
- High level of English (both spoken and written, including business correspondence)
- Good problem solving skills and ability to think quick on one's feet;
- Intermediate level of MS Office proficiency, particularly must be comfortable with Excel tables;
- Ability to create basic reports and maintain the necessary logs;
- Confident use of computer equipment;
- Confident in personal communications and able to establish and build relationships with clients.
