Sales Engineer -Heavy Equipment Rental - Dubai Sales & Marketing Job Description:
· Visiting potential clients.
Searching for new customers in a designated region.
· Establishing new and maintaining existing customers.
· Building relationships with new and existing customers.
· Managing and interpreting customer requirements.
· Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs.
· Advising customers on how best to use the products or services provided.
· Selling and consulting on technologically advanced products.
· Using technical skills to demonstrate to potential customers the usefulness of the product
or service and how it may suit the customer better than competing products
· Making technical presentations.
· Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions with consent from the HOD.
· Offering after-sales support in terms of communication and escalation, if required.
· Recording and maintaining client contact data into the CRM.
· Recording and maintaining the enquiry register.
· Recording and maintaining competitor & market information.
· Liaising with other members of the sales & service teams for any issues.
· Solving or escalating for resolve the client’s operational or service issues.
· Updating customers about the latest developments in the products and industry.
· Meeting regular sales targets.
