Job Description
Identify and prospect potential clients in the fire safety and life safety sectors. Meet with clients to discuss their requirements, deliver presentations, and provide technical consultations. Analyze client needs and customize solutions by selecting appropriate products and services. Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts to clients. Renew AMC’S on time and support with collection- as needed- Follow up on conversion (free maintenance to AMC) Have a clear understanding on modernization and repairs. Develop long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals. Provide post-sales support and training to clients. Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, proposals, and projects. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide informed recommendations to clients. Requirements BSc. Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a sales or technical engineering role within the fire and life safety industry. Strong understanding of fire protection systems, life safety equipment, and building code requirements. Knowledge in AutoCAD and other design software for reviewing drawings and schematics. Familiarity with fire alarm and suppression systems, including installation and maintenance. Strong presentation and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Certified Fire Protection Specialist (CFPS) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
