Job Description
Collaborate with clients to understand their fire safety needs and provide tailored solutions using fire rated steel doors. Conduct detailed product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the technical advantages of our fire rated steel doors. Prepare and deliver accurate estimates and proposals based on client specifications and project requirements. Work closely with the engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure products meet compliance and safety standards. Assist the sales team in identifying potential leads and converting them into long-term partnerships. Provide post-sales support to clients, ensuring smooth installation and addressing any technical issues that arise. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and standards related to fire rated steel doors. Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote our products and enhance brand visibility. Create and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, and end-users to drive sales growth.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred to ensure technical competence. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales engineering, specifically within the fire safety or construction industries. Relevant certifications in fire safety or product specifications will give candidates a competitive edge. Experience with fire rated steel doors or similar products is highly desirable for immediate impact. Nationality preference may align with local market requirements to enhance customer relations. Fluency in English is essential, and additional languages are a plus for diverse client interactions. Technical skills in CAD and product design software will aid in creating custom solutions for clients. Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and propose effective product solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach, demonstrating the ability to work independently and in teams.
