·Excellent interpersonal communication (verbal and written) and the ability to interact effectively in Chinese as well as in English.
·Responsible for customer and channel partner relations in the assigned territory.
·Conducts sales calls and travels to customer sites as required by market opportunities.
·Comfortability talking to all levels of customer teams from individual contributors to C-level executives
·Sales person is expected to work closely with end users, open new channel network and work with existing channel partners in region.
·Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics in concert with our strategic plan, product roadmaps, annual budget, and governance policies.
·Achieve the sales targets including sales revenue and profit growth.
·Update customer and market information to the management.
·Ensure good communication within the organization and with other business units.
