Sales Engineer
Adecco is hiring for Sales Engineer – Electrical Motors and Generators for leading company in UAE.
 
Job Title: Sales Engineer – Electrical Motors and Generators
Location: UAE
Contract: Permanent
 
 Objective:
The Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving new sales and providing exceptional customer support to existing clients, with a focus on electrical motors, generators, and related services. This role involves managing client relationships, offering technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction through the entire sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers while managing client accounts.
  • Identify potential customers, follow up on inquiries, and assist with technical queries.
  • Engage new clients by presenting our services and demonstrating how they add value to their organizations.
  • Analyze costs, prepare quotations, and negotiate tender and contract terms with clients.
  • Provide pre-sales technical assistance, product education, and manage sales-related projects.
  • Offer after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Record and maintain accurate client contact data and prepare regular MIS reports.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.

Competencies:
  • Expertise in servicing electrical motors and generators, including AC, DC, alternators, and generators.
  • Strong understanding of the oil & gas and power generation industries.
  • Proficient in electrical testing methods and condition monitoring.
  • Knowledge of tender preparation, technical proposals, and electrical/rotating equipment servicing.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to professionally represent the company.
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, and presentable.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Relevant technical certifications are an advantage.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in sales and service related to rotating electrical equipment.
  • Valid UAE driving license is required.
