Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide in-depth technical knowledge during the sales process, including product demonstrations, presentations, and proposal development.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their project requirements and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Project Management Coordination: Work closely with project managers and engineers to ensure that sales commitments align with project execution and delivery timelines.
  • Market Research: Conduct analysis to identify new business opportunities, assess competitive positioning, and stay informed on industry trends.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry advancements and Way More Technical Services LLC's offerings to enhance sales strategies.
  • Proposal Development: Assist in creating comprehensive technical and commercial proposals, ensuring they meet client specifications.
  • Training and Support: Provide technical training and support to the sales team and clients as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a technical sales role, preferably in the construction or project management sector.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of construction processes, project management principles, and engineering concepts.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a customer-focused approach to addressing client challenges.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry events as needed.
