Job Description
1. As a technical sales engineer, you'll use your technical knowledge along with sales skills to provide advice and support on a range of products, for which a certain level of expertise is needed on the following:
- a. LAN / WAN Networks (Network Switches, Firewalls and other peripherals related to Networking)
- b. Structured Cabling System (Fiber and Ethernet Patch Panels, Enclosures, Termination accessories etc)
- c. NTP – solutions for Time Synchronization
- d. Surge Protectors
- e. Power Inverter and Power Supply products
- f. CCTV and Security System
- g. KVM
- h. Cables (Fiber Optic, Copper Cables etc)
- i. IOT, BOTS, AI, AR/VR , RTLS etc.
2. You'll assist Sneior Sales Engineer and Manager with bids and tenders for existing and new clients from a technical and pre-sales perspective.
3. Technical sales engineers are a key point of contact for clients and provide both pre and after-sales advice.
4. Pre-sales support for project on ELV System. Prepares proposal by Interpreting drawings, BOQ, specifications, and other documents provided by the client and accordingly proposes the right solution fully complying with the requirement.
