Driven Properties is looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Director to oversee our Secondary Residential division. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to boost sales and enhance market presence in the secondary residential property sector. You will lead a team of sales professionals and work closely with them to ensure performance targets are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the Secondary Residential division.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales agents focused on secondary residential properties.

- Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing, providing guidance and support to the sales team.
- Set performance objectives, track team performance against targets, and implement strategies for improvement.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and presentations to senior management.
