Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market growth targets.Monitor market trends and competitor actions to refine sales approaches and stay competitive.Foster relationships with VIP clients, brokers, and key stakeholders to expand business opportunities.Guide the use of CRM tools and technology to enhance sales tracking and team efficiency.Provide detailed sales reports and forecasts with actionable insights for senior management.Identify and secure new business opportunities in the luxury real estate segment.Mentor and lead the sales team, ensuring their growth and alignment with company goals.Establish pricing strategies and negotiation practices to maximize profitability.Ensure all sales practices comply with regulations and ethical standards.Drive client satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional relationship management.




Profile


A proven leader with over 10 years of experience in real estate or related industries, including at least 3 years in a senior sales role.Expert in residential sales strategies, market analysis, and building relationships with high-net-worth individuals.Skilled in utilizing CRM tools and sales software to enhance performance and streamline operations.A strong communicator and negotiator with the ability to close high-value deals and maximize profitability.Analytical and detail-oriented, capable of delivering actionable insights from market trends and sales data.A collaborative team player who can mentor and inspire a sales team to exceed targets.Knowledgeable about ethical practices, industry standards, and legal compliance in real estate sales.
