What you’ll do as Sales Director:



Lead and mentor sales teams to achieve targets set out by the Company monthly. Recruit, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales agents. Develop and implement a proper induction plan for the new joiner. Monitor activities and performance of your department/ team. Evaluate the sales executives within your department/ team, find out and correct their weak points. Provide regular feedback to the marketing on the quality of leads. Provide ongoing training for the sales executives in your department/ team. Develop your department/ team through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge education. Set, monitor and drive activities to achieve and exceed sales targets set out by the company. Manage communication and share best practices within your department/ team. Supervise, monitor, manage and take responsibility for all deals of the company performed in the Off-plan market, closed by your team.See all

What we’re looking for:



7+ years of experience in Off-plan real estate sales with a proven track record of overachievement. 5+ years in leadership role managing large sales teams. Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization. Strong leadership skills, with experience and proven ability to motivate and inspire teams. Deep understanding of UAE real estate market and luxury property landscape. Results-driven, with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering value.
