Will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, ensuring smooth and efficient sales operations, and fostering a positive work environment. This role involves leading, mentoring, and managing property developers and brokerage teams; building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders; monitoring market trends; ensuring compliance; and preparing regular performance reports.
Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
• Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the sales processes.

• Lead, mentor, and manage property brokerage teams.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure the team's success and professional development.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages excellence.
• Inspire and motivate the sales team to achieve ambitious sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and stakeholders.
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through personalized service and attention to client needs.
• Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and industry functions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare regular reports and analysis to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales management within the real estate industry, preferably in Dubai or the UAE and Egypt market.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Deep understanding of the real estate market, trends, and regulations in Dubai.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (a plus).
