Key Responsibilities:- Serve as a trusted advisor on a portfolio of customers through the journey of onboarding, engaging with prospects by phone, email, or face-to-face in the SME and Mid-Market Cuisine across the UAE.
- Own the sales cycle: From outbound calls to closing deals, you will own the full-cycle sales process and be in control of your success.
- Initiate discussions and build interest with potential partners for the business.
- Arrange meetings with potential partners and set the sales cycle up for success.
- Take an interest in clients' business priorities and how KitchenPark can stimulate their growth.
- Understand from sourced leads the potential value added to the business.
- Attend open days, road shows, events and re-engage with formally interested companies
- You will be given full product & sales training, doing lots of shadowing for the first 8 weeks.
Qualifications:- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a lead generation or similar Sales Development Representative (SDR)/Business Development Representative (BDR) role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, or a related field. Bilingual in English and Arabic is a must.
- Industry knowledge: Deep understanding of the restaurant industry, business operations, and the challenges faced by regional players.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Consultative selling skills: You are intellectually curious and have exceptional closing skills.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving, with a strong focus on data-driven solutions and continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS or technology company.
