We are seeking a creative and customer-focused Kitchen Sales Designer to join our team. In this role, you will work with clients to design functional and visually appealing kitchen spaces while offering a range of products and solutions to meet their needs. You will collaborate with clients, designers, and contractors to create the kitchen of their dreams.
Key Responsibilities: Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their kitchen design needs, preferences, and budget constraints. Design and Planning: Utilize design software and tools to create detailed kitchen plans, including layouts, cabinetry, appliances, and finishes. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest kitchen design trends and product offerings, including cabinetry, counter tops, fixtures, and appliances. Sales: Present and sell kitchen design concepts and products to clients, providing product information, pricing, and options. Estimates and Quotations: Prepare accurate project estimates and quotations for clients. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner. Site Visits: Conduct on-site visits to evaluate existing kitchen spaces and measurements, ensuring accurate and feasible design proposals. Collaboration: Work closely with architects, contractors, and builders to ensure the successful execution of kitchen projects. Project Management: Oversee the entire design process, from concept to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Documentation: Maintain organized records of client interactions, designs, and project details.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Kitchen Sales Designer or similar role in the home improvement or interior design industry.
Proficiency in kitchen design software (Winner Flex 20/20 Design) and the ability to create 3D renderings.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of kitchen design trends, products, and materials.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to work within budget constraints.
Project management skills and the ability to multitask and visit sites to oversee progress.
A degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field is a plus.
