Sales CRM Specialist



Your role will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing CRM strategies, managing lead planning, and providing insightful reports to support decision-making. You will work closely with the Call Centre, Client Relations teams, and the Marketing department to ensure CRM activities align with overall business goals and drive lead generation success.

Job requirements



Key Responsibilities:



Manage Call Centre & Client Relations Teams: Oversee the daily operations of the Call Centre and Client Relations teams, ensuring high performance, efficiency, and alignment with CRM objectives.
Lead Planning & Analysis: Develop and maintain lead planning documents, conducting data-driven analysis to enhance the effectiveness of each targeted communication initiative.
Sales Funnel Management Reporting: Regularly generate, analyze, and share Sales Funnel Management (SFM) reports to track lead progress, identify trends, and recommend areas for optimization.
Media Channel Performance Evaluation: Analyze media channel performance based on lead generation data, collaborating with the marketing team to make informed recommendations for channel optimization.
CRM Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Head of Department to define, analyze, and refine the overall Sales CRM Strategy, ensuring it evolves based on data insights and business needs.
Annual CRM Calendar & Campaigns: Work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and analyze the annual Sales CRM calendar, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and sales goals.
CRM Materials Development: Partner with the designated marketing specialist to create and analyze CRM materials for direct marketing campaigns, ensuring that content is engaging and aligned with customer needs.
Reporting & Insights: Generate and provide comprehensive reports as needed, offering actionable insights into CRM performance metrics, trends, and future opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:



Bachelor’s degree / Higher Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in Sales CRM t or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
Familiarity with CRM tools and software.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
