JOB PURPOSE
The purpose of this position is to coordinate internally within the team and department for data compilation, report analysis, status update on specific projects/activities, progress on target achievement and drive the daily, weekly demand forecasting.
This is a supportive and market analysis role and calls for a well-organized staff member with competent data analysis and management and administrative skills, and who can meet deadlines and carry out activities in a timely fashion.
ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KPIs
·                 Assist the sales team to achieve AOP vs Budget through demand accuracy, sales analysis.
·                 Monthly sales report are to be reviewed and ensure brands performing positively vs LY and vs budget.
·                 Assist with the processing of PO received from clients and ensure that deliveries are done according to the set time.
·                 Assist the management in developing and reviewing the sales budget.
·         Analyse sales performance record, preparing the daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually & Annual analysis reports.
·                 Coordination with Sales Supervisor and Area Sales Manager for forecast demand and objectives.
·               Preparation of Key Group Review Presentations, activity reports, reminders on contract renewal, follow up on retrieval of assets creations of stores and new locations.
·                 Assist Operations and Business Development team in managing sales team requirements.
·         Coordination within the team and other departments, ensuring the work requirements are executed without any complication.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
·                         Bachelor of Business Administration or equivalent
·                         2+ years of experience in E-commerce Channel
·                         Good knowledge and experience in Excel and MS Office
·                         Knowledge of UAE market and FMCG brand knowledge
·                         Understanding of sales process
·                         Good time-management skills, organization and planning skills
·                         Strong communication, analytical and administrative skills
