Job Purpose:


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team in Dubai .


Job Responsibilities:


  1. Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
  2. Accurate follow-up with shipping agents for the order status and shipping documents.
  3. Update the system with current arrival details.
  4. Prepare and update the machine insurance report.
  5. Upon receipt of shipping documents, do necessary reconciliation, departmental segregation and filing.
  6. Update details of Machines’ arrival (VCC, SRV etc)
  7. Update reservation report with the received LPO’s and other documents.
  8. Update the sales Retails and prepare retail report
  9. Assist order process activities including filing.
  10. Update the required details for Orders.
  11. Closely coordinate between Sales, Logistics and Finance departments.
  12. Coordinate with the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
  13. Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
  14. Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
  15. Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
  16. Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
  17. Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
