What We’re
Looking For
- Previous 1-2 years of
relevant Experience in a Luxury Hotel or Food and Beverage environment.
- High level of passion
for Hospitality Sales including Food and Beverage, Next-Level Commercial
Acumen, Enthusiasm, and a High Drive for achieving ‘FIVE-Star’ Results.
- Impeccable
communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English
(Additional languages are a Plus).
- A Proactive Nature,
coupled with a meticulous Eye for Detail, continuously prioritising workload
deadlines ensuring every aspect of the Operation is curated to perfection.
- Computer literacy,
with a mastery of Word, Excel, and Outlook, while possessing an exceptional
knowledge of InDesign.
- A hands-on attitude,
fuelled by a ‘Can-Do!’ Spirit.
Key Responsibilities
- Meticulously Manages all Administration Tasks across the Department, maintaining 'FIVE-Styled' databases, Remarkable filing systems, and delivering Exceptional Communication
to travel partners.
- Arrange and CoordinatesMeetings and Appointments, hand-crafting schedules for the Sales Team with a ‘FIVE-Star’ touch.
- PreparesSales-Related Documents and Communication
with precision, including contracts, incentive agreements, promotions, and
stop-sales.
- Conductsnext-levelSite Inspections for potential and
existing clients, curating experiences that embody the sensational ‘Vibe at
FIVE.’
- Prepares daily morning Sales Production Reports, delivering timely and accurate Insights to kick-start the team’s day.
- Handles Customer Queries with First-in-Class Professionalism, ensuring a seamless Guest Experience.
- Generates accurate and timely Reports for the Director of Sales and Senior Management, detailing
appointments, calls made, and business leads.
- Arranges luxurious FAM trips, complimentary stays, and
business, including preparation of ENT forms and travel authorisations.
- Collaborates with the Finance Department to facilitate Marketing Contribution Payments from travel partners,
ensuring a smooth, premium process.
- Supports the Director of Sales with disruptive,
boundary-breaking ad hoc Projects, including research,
statistical report preparation, and market analysis.
- Analyses local Market Trends and Competitor Activity, identifying business
leads and bold opportunities for growth.
- Develops and Nurtures bespoke customer accounts, travelling within the
local area to drive business into the Hotel
