We are looking for an experienced and organized Sales Coordinator to
provide essential support to our sales team. The primary responsibility is to
facilitate smooth sales operations by managing the end-to-end process of order
processing, AMC contract management, and CRM data maintenance.
Sales Coordinator will act as a key point of coordination between
internal teams, ensuring efficient sales processes and timely reporting to the
Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Coordination:
Serve as the main point of contact for internal coordination, ensuring smooth workflow between sales, operations, and administrative teams. Maintain up-to-date sales documents, tracking all key activities and deliverables. - AMC Contract Preparation and Management:
Draft, process, and manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC). Ensure all contracts are accurate, up-to-date, and renewed on time. Track contract milestones and provide proactive alerts to the sales team for upcoming renewals or expirations. - Order Processing:
Coordinate and process customer orders, ensuring seamless execution from order placement to fulfilment. Collaborate with internal teams to address order-related queries, discrepancies, or delays. - CRM System Usage:
Maintain customer databases and sales records within the CRM system, ensuring all client information is current and accurate. Regularly input new data and updates based on client interactions and sales activities, providing data insights and support to the sales team. - Sales Reporting:
Generate and provide regular reports on sales performance, order status, and contract management to the Sales Manager. Highlight trends, gaps, and opportunities for sales growth based on CRM and contract data. - Administrative Support:
Support the sales team in generating quotes, preparing sales presentations, and ensuring that all paperwork is filed correctly and in a timely manner.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). - Experience:
2-3 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role with hands-on experience in CRM systems, order processing, and contract management. - Key Skills:
- Strong sales coordination abilities, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in any CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to process and manage orders efficiently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for internal collaboration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Additional Requirements:
- Experience in contract and order management is essential.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales and operations teams to ensure sales activities run smoothly.
