Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Customer Service Representative (Female) to join our Sales and Telemarketing team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, promote company services, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.


Requirements:

  • Female candidates only.
  • Prior experience in sales and telemarketing is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must be on own visa (sponsored visa).

Salary: 2,200 AED per month.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and sell company services.
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently via phone or WhatsApp.
  • Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and timely information.
  • Meet or exceed sales and call targets set by the management.
  • Follow up with potential leads and ensure prompt responses.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
